Specialist Motoring Laywer

The law in relation to Speeding and Drink Driving offences is extremely complicated and in order for you to be succesful you need to employ a specialist motoring lawyer. Tim is that person. He has dedicated his career to defending motorists. He can succesfully challenge speed camera's, lasers and breathalisers. On many occasions due to his pro-active attitude towards his work Tim is able to stop prosecutions for these offences.

Charges

His aim is to give his client's value for money. His mantra is 'Rolls Royce service at reasonable cost'. Other Law Firms can quote astronomical figures to represent you in these sorts of cases but Tim's focus is on maximising your chance of success in Court rather than maximising your legal costs. As such therefore Tim will quote you a fixed fee for representing you in relation to the case or an hourly rate. Tim is happy to enter into an arrangement whereby monies are paid in installments but all monies due must be paid 2 days before the final Court hearing. Various payment forms are available including credit cards, cheques and bank transfers.

*Due to problems with listing there are occasions where Tim is double booked. Tim will do everything he can to move your case to a separate date so that he can deal with it personally. In the event that the Court refuse to do this then we will select an appropriate Barrsiter with specialist expertise to, to reprssent you. This only happens on rare occasions as Tim only takes on a limited number of cases so that he can deal with them personally.
